Your records never train a model

No church data is used to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model, by us or by any company we pay to run part of ConnectApp. The product contains no model at all, so there is nothing in it that could send a record to one.

Export your church's data anytime

Export every record you hold, in open formats, in one click. It is the same export we use to move a church between databases, so it can't quietly stop working.

The source is public

ConnectApp is licensed AGPL-3.0, so anybody can read the code that runs your church, and any fork of it has to stay open too.

If this ends, you get ninety days

Should ConnectApp stop, every church gets ninety days of notice, the product keeps running throughout, and the export keeps working to the last day. The source stays public, so a church that wants to keep running it can.

Your giving never passes through us

Giving runs on your own Stripe account. Money goes from your giver to you. We take no cut and never hold a balance.

Who else touches your records

These are the companies that run parts of ConnectApp. Each one is bound by contract not to train on church data.

• Supabase. The database, sign-in and file storage. Hosted in the United States.
• Vercel. Runs the web application. No records are stored there.
• Stripe. Processes giving, against the church's own account. Arrives with giving.
